LDK Ventures purchased the Techniplex Business Park (located in the Houston Energy Corridor) via “short sale” because the current ownership had run out of funds to cover lease up expenses. The property was acquired by LDK in February 2013.
Under LDK ownership, the 78,000 square foot Class B flex business park was successfully stabilized to 95% occupancy by December of 2013.
LDK sold the asset in 2014.
